HM: Conditioning For Dancers

These workshops will dive in cross training methods tailored for dancers and it’s applications to ballet technique. Focusing on improvements in flexibility and strength, Rachel has designed a full curriculum that focuses on improvements in mobility and increased strength while focusing on alignment and addressing key issues common to dancers. Open to all levels and perfect for students and dance educators.


HM: Flexibility Training For Dancers

 This workshop focuses on flexibility training techniques and class formats specifically designed for dancers and dance educators


HM: Pilates Resistance

This workshop will dive into Pilates exericses utilizing elastic resistance to challenge your flexibility and strength. Combining Pilates mat and equipment based exercises, Rachel has created a full curriculum of exercises with portable props that assist and intensify traditional exericses in a new way.


HM: Active Stretch

Open to all levels this workshop will focus on active stretching techniques to improve mobility and functional strength.
