In this course you will learn 100s of exercises and stretches utilizing elastic resistance to safely increase flexibility while improving strength! 

We will review different several class outlines tailored for ballet, dance, pilates and fitness. Each exercise will be broken down as we review modifications from beginnger to advanced. Common alignment issues will be addressed along with how to find correct alignment, build strength and improve range of motion.
